  Connected

  Connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's Cloud API. Customer messages become leads and the conversation stays on the record. You bring your own credentials.

• Website enquiry form

  Built in

  Embed a form on your own site. Enquiries arrive in Sales with the dates and the vehicle requested.

• Online booking form

  Built in

  A hosted booking request page for your company, in three languages, that creates the customer and the rental request.

• E-signature

  Built in

  A private, expiring link the customer opens on their phone. Typed name, explicit consent and a full audit trail: a simple electronic signature, not a qualified one.

• Contracts in EN · FR · AR

  Contracts are generated in English, French or Arabic from the rental itself, with right-to-left layout for Arabic.

• RTA fines

  Import workflow

  There is no live RTA connection. Download your statement and import it as a CSV file: each record is matched to the rental that had the vehicle, or sent to manual review.

  There is no live Salik connection. Import your Salik statement as a CSV file, or record passages by hand; matching and recharge tracking work the same way.
